Is Sisi Studios jewellery sustainable?

All jewellery made by Sisi Studios is formed with gold and silver made from 100% recycled refined metals.

We use the highest quality gemstones, pearls and diamonds available.

Each piece is hand-made to order in our Adelaide studio by trained jeweller, Sienna Gardiner
All metal off-cuts and fillings are saved, generating almost no waste.

How do I work out my ring size?

I size my pieces using the Australian ring standard sizes. The sizes are represented by letters.

Carefully measure the internal diameter of an existing ring which fits and send us the measurement in mm's.

Visit a local jeweller and have them size your finger or an existing ring.

An incorrect size will incur a $50AUD re-sizing fee, excluding return postage.
Some rings cannot be re-sized and we reserve the right to refuse a ring re-sizing.

Why has my ring gone black?

Silver can react with acidity in the wearers skin. This can be caused by cosmetics, perspiration, medication or a high ph level. A gentle polish with a metal-specific polishing cloth can remedy this.

Be sure to store your jewellery in a dry place as to avoid any discolouration.

Do you ship internationally?

Do you take custom orders?

Yes, I do! I take custom orders on a case by case basis. You can come up with something entirely new, or customise a pot, piece of jewellery, or unique knitting project you've already seen.

Do you wholesale?

Yes, I do! However, this is depending on current inventory and work availability.

Do you accept returns?

All orders are final, however if you find an issue with your item that was not outlined in the initial item description, or a unique feature of bespoke work, please email me.
