Sisi Studios was developed from the idea of bringing my creativity together under one roof. My work values thoughtful objects and design, uniqueness, sustainability, and mindfulness. Sisi Studios aims to nurture our connection with simple moments in mornings, afternoons, and evenings, helping to find the beauty in rituals and small things.

My mystery box of things includes collections of ceramics which are whimsical odes to the tales we spin at the tea table, to the coffee percolating on the stove, the bread fresh out of the oven. They are designed to mimic the imperfections we own, and hold familiarity in our hands as we sip.

My jewellery is much the same, however, inspired by the natural textures, imperfections, and shapes existing in nature. My inspiration is constantly evolving, be that inspired by beach combing, walking through mossy forest, ancient roman shapes, talismans , or little trinkets.

Textile exploration has taken a longer and slower path to what it is now, and I am continually exploring it. I have used knitting as a calming and textural meditation for years, and it was only through learning new patterns and challenging myself with new skills and pieces that I became transfixed by the ever evolving limits of this practice. My pieces are all hand-knitted using natural wools, cottons and linens and I aim to acquire local yarn, from the grower or weaver, to minimise my impact and support smaller businesses.
